Course syllabus were designed by the members of our 3-time world champion team Super Master
Using game as an entry point, various single rope and long rope practices will be carried out at classes in order to allow students to engage with basic jump rope tricks
By incorporating elements of performing skills, we provide students with learning experiences beyond sports, training their confidence, teamwork spirits, discipline and creativity
Students may be invited to perform at some of the city’s major events, such as CNY Night Parade and AIA Carnival, allowing them to gain precious experiences
Students are not expected to know any jump rope skills before joining the class
